Meet Nic!

At a young age I tried ballet, tap dancing, swimming etc, but never seemed to stick with any until I found gymnastics. At the age of 7-13 I lived, breathed and made it my entire life. Through my young years in gymnastics I truly believe i learnt some amazing morals in order to get me where I am today.

​

Once I left gymnastics iI began cheerleading on not only my high school team but also with an outside corporation.

​

When I turned 16 I discovered aerial acrobatics and I knew I could do it.

For 8 years, I trained, performed, and coached aerial acrobatics.

​

During this time I attended university for 2 years to study Kinesiology (study of human movement). I also received my Personal Training certification in 2015 and Healthy Eating and Weight Loss certification along with my TRX certification and Core Conditioning certification.

​

In 2014 I took to weight lifting and started to take it seriously, however I had no idea what I was doing in the gym and I was nervous. I luckily had a friend who worked with me to feel more confident and gave me many tips.

​

In 2016, I decided to do my first Bikini Competition with the OPA. I had so many people ask me in the gym if i was competing and why I haven't yet. I knew I had the dedication to get myself through the workouts and meal plans and I did just that. I got myself a coach and started down the 4 month prep road.

I placed 3rd out of 16 beautiful woman and was able to move to the next level.

I decided to work on my career, relationships and healthy fitness lifestyle rather then heading back to the stage (although it always crosses my mind as I had an amazing journey and loved every minute. Not to mentioned, I learnt so much about the female body).

As we get older, we become so busy and our bodies start to change. I have experienced this and I have gotten those times where I don't feel comfortable with my own image. Taking the proper steps and proper mindset can change all of it around!

​

From my experience personal training and competing, I know what ladies are looking for when it comes to feeling and looking your best. I know what muscles need work and how nutrition helps us through this.

I have a strong passion in helping people achieve fitness goals and those who are really looking to make a life change.
