My name is Nicole, I am 26 years old. I have a strong passion for fitness and helping others. Through out my teen years, I was involved in gymnastics and cheerleading. For the past 7 years I have worked with an aerial acrobatics company building my knowledge in the fitness industry as well as with rigging, client needs, integrity, planning and organization. I recently competed in an OPA body building competition, advancing into provincials. I can definitely say my strongest quality is dedication.
